Immigration reform was almost done deal until last month. BBB was supposed to be pretty close to passing and later it was blamed on Manchin for not passing. I have credible news, that BBB is over and White House is no more enthusiastic about the bill. The priorities for the WH is to continue spending money while controlling inflation now and the laws of economics are catching up with all the woke spending.
BBB will pass, but a Manchin version without CTC which will be a standalone bill. Wether all immigration provisions still remain, remains to be seen.
